Features:
1. With a fixed beam gantry structure and a solid rigidity, the machine tool is suitable for a fine machining of the middle and large
parts and moulds. The hydraulic system, super grinding head and control system in it are all made in Taiwan.
2. The horizontal beam is designed to be in an inclined type, good in mechanics.
3. The bench (X axis) is moved longitudinally by the double cylinders and controlled by a remote ratio flow valve of continuous
change. A hydraulic station, with an oil cooler, is made in Taiwan.
4. It has a roller bearing as vertical grinding head and its parts are all made by the special manufacturers in China. The
horizontal grinder is designed to a mobile or immobile structure, so a client can freely select it from many products made by
the manufacturers for our spaceflight fine machinery industry.
5. The grinding head can move vertically and horizontally because of a servo mechanism to realize the automatic grinding and
micro feeding of the electronic hand wheel.
6. It has an automatic lubricating system with the automatic alarm to make sure a good lubrication for the lubrication of the rails.
